What countries does SubaOng Studios ship to?

Currently, SubaOng Studios only ships within the United States.

I plan to expand to other countries once I am comfortable with managing my business and fully understand international shipping fees and taxes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders will be shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays through USPS. 

All orders will be shipped in a 6x8-inch rigid mailer to prevent creasing during shipment. Orders will include tracking and are estimated to arrive at their destination 3 to 5 days business days after acceptance at a USPS post office.

Once your order has been shipped, SubaOng Studios will not responsible for any shipping delays.

For customers in central Oahu, I offer a customer pick-up option for free. Please contact me after submitting your order so we can arrange a pick-up time at Waikele Shopping Center.

Are your products and packaging sustainably sourced?

As a new business managed by a small artist, SubaOng Studios tries to use affordable, compostable packaging materials like paper, cardboard, and kraft paper.

I try to use recycled paper for my prints, business cards, and thank you cards. I plan on making recycled wooden keychains and pins in the future.

I may use uncompostable materials like plastic bubble mailers and bubble wrap for products that are fragile. 

I hope to transition to completely sustainably sourced materials as my business grows.

Will you restock an Out of Stock item?

If I receive comments or messages regarding a specific product, I will try to restock that product for the next shop update.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

At this time, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
